- You have a say. This is your youth group, not Mike's. Help him bring the Gospel to your friends.

Help us reach the community so that every student everywhere would hear about the Truth.
WHAT IS YOUTH LEAD?
Youth Lead is a MHCC Students program that allows students to cultivate their leadership potential as they develop gifts and skills. The Youth Lead team is made up of students from sophomore to senior year in high school who are committed to serving their peers by leading in these potential (not limited to) areas:
- Music
- Photography
- Videography
- Sound Engineering
- Light Engineering
- Tech
- Welcome/Greeting
- Set Up/Tear Down
- Social Media
- Public Speaking
- Announcements/Games
- Event Planning
- Organizing
The team is led by passionate leaders and professionals who are dedicated to guiding the Youth Lead students to develop as a leader and have a deeper relationship with Christ.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Be Committed
- Make God and following Him a priority every single day.
- Make youth ministry a priority. You need to be at youth group, events, and retreats.
- Be Prepared
- We expect you to be on time, and to come ready to serve in whatever capacity we ask you to serve.
- Be Intentional
- As a leader, we expect you to not just care about how you're doing (though we care and it's important), but we also need you to care about how your peers are doing. Sometimes that means going out of your way to help others. For instance, talking to someone who is in a younger grade than you.
- We expect you to be intentional about growing closer to God. By yourself, with your friends, at youth group, at school etc. Everything you do should point people to Jesus.
