MHCC STUDENTS

Junior & Senior High

DROP OFF AT 6PM | PICK UP AT 10:30PM

On Monday, February 17, students should begin fasting from things they buy for themselves and setting the money they would have spent aside for a donation to those who are in need. The goal is to start thinking in terms of sharing and giving. On Friday, they will have three levels of fasting options: a little more than 24 hours, 15 hours, or 8-ish hours, depending on what they are able to do. Students should arrive at Mendham Hills at 6pm on Friday. We'll break the fast with a meal, and the evening will include working together on a service project for Sparrow House Outreach, quiet time for reflection and small group bonding, and participating in Communion.

MHCC STUDENTS MINISTRY

SUNDAY MORNING

Our focus is on helping students to develop knowledge and understanding of Scripture as a whole, while working through a seven-year plan covering the major themes of the Bible. Junior High classes meet weekly during the 10:45am service. Senior High classes meet in "blocks" (alternating with participating in the services with the larger church community), also during the 10:45am service. Both Junior and Senior High classes are on hiatus for the summer.

SUNDAY NIGHT

Our focus is on helping students own their faith, understand how it relates to real life, and learn how to actually live it. We do this through student-led worship, dynamic teaching, large group activities and consistent small group interaction. Junior High and Senior High students meet on Sundays from 6-8pm, during the school year.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Special events happen throughout the school year and during the summer, including retreats, lock-ins, 30 Hour Famine, LIFE Conference, and more.

RELEASE/MEDICAL FORM

All students must have a Release/Medical form signed by a parent or guardian on file. Use the link below to complete the 2024/2025 form.
